“Southampton Vapourblast Services” is a sister company to Ted’s Shed and shares the same premises.
This process combines water/air and a medium mixture, accelerated at high pressure from a nozzle to provide an extremely effective method of polishing metals such as mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass etc.
The combination of water and medium known as slurry lubricates this item being cleaned resulting in a satin finish with no risk of damage to the components.
SVS has the very latest vapour blasting equipment, our system allows for the fast change of media, we have a full range of media grades (glass and oxide bead) enabling us to achieve a wide range of finishes.
Please ensures all components to be blasted are free from grease oil and paint, we can do this for you for a small additional charge.
